Payment to be made on delivery. Any damage caused by the Hirer will be charged. It is the Hirers responsibility to inspect the castle & satisfy him/herself as to the condition & working order of the equipment & that he/she understands its operation.
The operator & attendant (minimum age 18 years old) should watch the activity on the inflatable constantly. They should use a whistle or other signal & take action at the first sign of any misbehaviour. Somersaults and rough play should not be allowed.
The castle cannot be used by any one over the age of 13.
You must have First Aid facilities on site
It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that the equipment is not overloaded with users. Larger, more boisterous users should be separated from smaller ones.
The number of users at any one time should be limited to allow each user enough room to play safely.
Do not allow users to climb the castle walls
Ensure that users remove their footwear (except socks) and any other hard sharp or dangerous objects (such as buckles, pens, pencils, purses, badges etc.) from their person. Spectacles are best removed.
Prevent users from consuming food, drinking or chewing gum on the inflatable.
Do not allow anyone to play on the front apron or step of the inflatable & Prevent users from obstructing the entrance or exit of the inflatable.
Keep users away from the blower and electric cables.
Keep users off the device when it is being inflated or deflated. Deflate the device when not in use.
It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that the inflatable is left clean & free from damage, as a charge will be made for any cleaning, repairs or loss of hires.
Inflatable slides are for sliding on, do not let users jump or somersault down them.
If during the hire the weather conditions deteriorate it is the hirer's responsibility to turn the inflatable off. The HSE recommends a maximum wind speed of Force 5 on the Beaufort scale 19-24 mph.
The Hirer shall arrange his/her own insurances in respect of use of this equipment
Bounce-ables accept no responsibility for damage or consequential loss as a result of breakdown or stoppage of the equipment or adverse weather conditions.
Please make sure that the inflatable is clear of users in time for collection and that balls have been bagged.
